Partner Manager

The Partner Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned partners. The Partner Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Grow a base of ISV Sales Partners and Re-sellers

  • Identify & board prospective Partners
  • Support the Partner through the boarding process
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of the wider EVO team, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Develop joined marketing and sales strategies with partners for income growth
  • Market and competitive intelligence collection and sharing information with relevant departments

Manage the performance of ISV Partners

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Actively review income performance and trajectory on a monthly basis helping to set forward forecasts
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements

Support the wider Sales Team

  • Offers support and expertise to the wider Sales team to ensure overall Sales & Business target are achieved


  • Several years of B2B sales experience in a target based environment. Experience in the Card payments market desirable.
  • Experience of stakeholder management at senior levels within partners
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office products
  • Very good communication skills, additional European languages would be an advantage
  • Effective and responsible way of working
  • High flexibility and basic willingness to travel
  • Very strong goal-orientation
  • Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation

Home based with requirements to travel occasionally across Europe.
