Relationship Manager

The EVO Relationship Manager is responsible for the development, growth and retention of an assigned portfolio of ISV and ISO partners.  They are responsible for delivering an excellent partner experience through building mutually beneficial relationships with partners enabling the delivery of business growth and revenue generation in line with business objectives and targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Grow and retain a base of UK/European Sales Partners and Re-sellers

  • Support new Partners through the on boarding process, establishing excellent relationships with a keen focus on delivery of revenue
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in respect of volumes and revenues across the whole product portfolio as determined by EVO and the UK business requirements

Day to day Relationship management of European sales partners / resellers in eCom and POS

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts across key stakeholders, understanding the business, objectives and success criteria
  • Coordinates the involvement of the wider EVO team, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Develop joined marketing and sales strategies with partners to deliver income and merchant growth
  • Maintain a high level of market and competitive intelligence, sharing information with relevant departments as required

Manage the performance of Partners

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Actively review income performance and trajectory on a monthly basis helping to set forward forecasts
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements

Support the wider Sales Team

  • Offers support and expertise to the wider Sales team to ensure overall Sales & Business target are achieved


  • Several years of B2B highly successful sales experience within a target driven partner environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships at senior levels across organisations both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills, additional European languages would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of partner management, including strong negotiation skills, presentation skills and problem solving
  • Results focused
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office products
  • Effective and responsible way of working
  • High flexibility and basic willingness to travel
  • Strong customer and service orientation

Home Based with requirements to travel across UK and occasionally Europe.
